What data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name.

Why we use your data

We use your contact details to send you updates and promotional emails about our new project, including its development and launch. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

Provision of your personal data is necessary, however, without it you will not be able to join the waitlist and receive promotions and updates.

How long we keep your data

We will keep your data for up to 1 year from the date you join the waitlist, or until you unsubscribe, whichever is sooner. After this period, your data will be deleted.

Who we share your data with

We may share your data with service providers who help us operate the waitlist and send communications, such as email platforms and IT infrastructure providers. We may also share data with our affiliates, professional advisors (such as legal and tax advisors), and, where required by law, with governmental authorities. 

We do not sell your personal data. 

Your data may be transferred outside the EEA where appropriate safeguards apply (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

Your rights

Under data protection law, you have the following rights:

• Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us.

• Access, correct, delete, or request portability of your data.

• Object to processing or request that we restrict how we use your data.

• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: the Office for Personal Data Protection).
